Carli & Luke are a lovely couple with a beautiful little boy, Curtis. Their Lauderdale House wedding had a gorgeous ceremony and reception at the striking house in Waterlow Park in North London. With talented family making the buttonholes and Carli herself making the cake, it was a very personal wedding, full of smiles and laughter – especially at the hilarious speech from the three best men!
Carli wore a beautiful embellished lace dress with a cream bouquet contrasting with her bridesmaids in a vibrant orange. The gorgeous little ones somewhat stole the show – with Curtis rocking a white suit with waistcoat and bowtie and beautiful flower girls wearing amazing flower crowns – their reading brought the groom to tears.
Carli’s cake was the centrepiece for the reception – a tiered cake surrounded by cupcakes all decorated with white and yellow ribbons and mini paper pompoms. For the speeches the groomsmen did a quick change into gold and silver sparkly suits for a ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ inspired speech that had Luke hiding his head in his hands! After the speeches I snuck the bride and groom away with their son for some portraits in the gorgeous golden light before the dancing started.
And here’s a slideshow to show some more of the love and laughter from their day:
