Pregnancy photos are so special. This time is full of change and anticipation and I love capturing this for parents-to-be. Victoria was 8 months pregnant with her first child and wanted to capture this special time with her husband Nick. For these London maternity photos we started in their home, creating intimate photos to showcase Victoria’s bump. It was such a hot summer day and Victoria looked amazing in denim shorts and a cropped top. Then she changed into a flowy summer dress and we headed to Bishops Park and Fulham Palace for relaxed, romantic photos together – celebrating them as a couple ready to welcome a new addition to the family.
If you’d like to arrange a pregnancy photoshoot, depending on how you are feeling, I recommend from 7 – 8 months, when your bump is showing & you have that lovely pregnancy glow. If you’d like bare bump shots at home – you might opt for a cropped top like Victoria, or choose a silk dressing gown or an open shirt over underwear. For outside photos you can choose a lovely flowing dress or opt for something close fitting that shows off your bump.
