I met Liz, Owen & 3 year old Charlie for their Primrose Hill family photos. Liz & Charlie used to live near here and it was a special place for them as a couple. They now live in the USA, but had a summer holiday in the UK. They came back to London for a holiday and wanted to share this beautiful spot with their son Owen – and capture natural, relaxed family photos of them exploring together. And their family was soon to grow – Liz showed off her beautiful bump in a long flowy summer dress (their new son Jack arrived safely soon after their return to the USA).
Primrose Hill is in North London close to Camden Town underground station and from the top of the hill there is a beautiful view of the London skyline including the BT tower, the Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral. It’s a large park with grassy areas for running around, woodland to play in, tree stumps to climb on, and Charlie showed me it is also a great place to find rocks – he brought me many different pebbles to admire!

My natural family shoots are up to 2 hours so there is plenty of time to get to know each other, for couple photos and individual portraits as well as family photos. And it’s fun and relaxing, lots of playing and running around so you get a collection of real smiles, happy moments and memories to treasure.
