I was very happy to work with Rachel Rose to capture Sherina & Andy’s stunning Wasing Park wedding in Berkshire. They had a intimate church ceremony at St Nicholas Church with it’s incredible stained glass windows as a perfect background, and then partied into the early hours! Sherina looked beautiful with an amazing bouquet, a pair of the most gorgeous lace wedding shoes I’ve ever seen, a sparkling tiara and delicate veil. Her wedding dress was a delicate lace design with a small train.
I loved the beautiful flowers Sherina chose – a flowing shower bouquet of soft pinks, purples and creams accessorised with strings of pearls and small locket with a photo of her beloved pet rabbit. Andy and his groomsmen had delicate roses that were almost a pale grey in colour paired with sprigs of rosemary as striking buttonholes. And the bridesmaids wore matching pink lace dresses with stylish wide sashes.
Sherina and Andy enjoyed a walk in the Wasing Park grounds for their portraits, visiting the beautiful Victorian summerhouse, enjoying the gardens and stopping outside the church in the perfect evening light.
Their incredible delicate blush coloured 3-tier wedding cake decorated with intricate sugar lace and beautiful roses was a centrepiece of their reception. After the speeches there was entertainment from a talented artist drawing amazing caricatures (including of the bride and groom) which were the cause of much hilarity! There was plenty of dancing and of course guests could stroll around the beautiful Wasing Park grounds late into the night.
